for Re-designing the Website of the Central Bank of Montenegro

and Developing Administrative Tool for the Website Update 



The Subject of the Bidding


The subject of the bidding is the redesign of the website of the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBM) and development of an administrative tool for the website update.


The CBM’s website needs to have new a new design that will make the presentation business-like, informative, functional and modern.


The designing idea is left to bidders, but the administrative tool that will be used to administrate (update) the website  needs to be simple. The conceptual idea for the re-design should include photographs of the CBM.


It is also necessary to prepare user’s instruction for operating the website update administrative tool and train the employees in its use.


The presentation of the CBM should be in local and English languages.


Please note that the servers of Internet Montenegro will be used for the presentation.


The proposal for the website re-design and administrative tool specified above should be delivered on a CD, or the bidder should carry out the demonstration of the basic structure of application model in the period that would be agreed upon subsequently.


The bids should be accompanied by information about the cost of engineer/day in case of a need for website upgrade, as well as the proposal for maintenance upon call that will include information and cost of maintenance, staff availability and skills, response time, time needed to remove the defect etc.

Bid Submission and Opening


Bids may be submitted until December 6, 2005 at 12:00 h (noon), by registered or insured mail to the following address:

or in person, to the room number 6 (Central Bank mail room), ground floor, at the same address.


The bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the indication – “Invitation No. 013/2005 - Do Not Open Before Formal Meeting of Bid Opening Commission”.


The bid opening will be public and will take place on December 8, 2005, at 13:00 h.


Public bid opening may be attended by bidders’ authorized representatives. The persons attending the bid opening must present their written authorizations to the Bid Opening Commission, before the beginning of the meeting.


Untimely and incomplete bids will not be considered.



Contract Award


The contract will be awarded to the selected bidder.
