INVITATION No. 012/2005

FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE SUPPLY OF COMPUTER AND OTHER EQUIPMENT

 

 

Subject of bidding

 

The subject of the bidding is the supply of computer and other equipment for the needs of the Central Bank of Montenegro.

 

The quantity and the features of the equipment, as well as other information needed for the bid submission, are contained in the tender documents that the authorized bidders may obtain in the Central Bank of Montenegro, Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 6, the room number 6 (Central Bank mail room), ground floor, during the invitation period, every workday from 11:00 to 14:00 hours.

 

 

Right to participate

 

Bids may be submitted by legal entities registered for the conduct of activities referred to in the invitation.

 

Bid contents

 

A bid should contain:

 

• the bidder’s exact name and address;
• individual and total prices, expressed in EUR, with and without VAT and customs duties (on a Buyer’s warehouse basis);
• brand, model and manufacturer’s name;
• technical specification in accordance with the tender documents;
• delivery period and installation in the Buyer’s premises;
• conditions and the method of payment;
• warranty period;
• servicing;
• bidder’s references;
• evidence of compliance with the requirements prescribed by Article 4 of the Law on Public Procurement (PJN 4 mandatory evidence);
• bid guarantee for 3% of the bid amount,
• the required equipment must be “BRAND NAME”.

 

The bidder may submit a bid for one, several or all segments.

 

Evaluation criteria

 

The evaluation criteria will be:

 

price	up to 35 points
quality	up to 35 points
delivery period	up to   5 points
warranty period	up to   5 points
bidder’s references	up to  20 points

 

 

Bid Submission and Opening

 

 

Bids may be submitted not later than November 28, 2005 at 12:00 hours, by mail (registered or insured) to the following address:

or in person, to the room number 6 (the Central Bank mail room), ground floor, at the same address.

 

The bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the indication – “Invitation No. 012/2005 - Do Not Open Before Formal Meeting of Bid Opening Commission”.

 

The bid opening will be public and will take place on November 30, 2005, at 13:00 hours, and may be attended by bidders’ authorized representatives.

 

The persons attending the bid opening must present their written authorizations to the Bid Opening Commission, before the beginning of the meeting.

 

Incomplete and untimely bids will not be considered.

 

 

Contract

 

The contract will be awarded to the selected bidder.
