INVITATION No. 011
TO BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION
OF SERVER AND COMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
The subject of the bidding is the supply and installation of server and communication equipment for the Central Bank of Montenegro.
Bidders’ authorized representatives may obtain the bidding documents containing the quantity and characteristics of equipment and other required data that have to be submitted in the Room No. 6 (Archives) of the Central Bank of Montenegro, ground floor, every working day from 11:00 to 14:00, against proof of the payment of €500.00 to the CBM’s gyro account no. 55100-611-4-16 carrying the indication: “Central Bank of Montenegro - for the bidding”.
Bids may be submitted by legal entities registered for the conduct of activities referred to in the invitation.
A bid should include:
- bidder’s exact name and address,
- individual and total cost expressed in € (CIP Podgorica),
- trademark, model and name of producer,
- technical characteristics of equipment,
- delivery of equipment to the orderer’s address,
- terms and conditions of payment,
- delivery period (free orderer’s premises),
- bidder’s references
- warranty period.
The bid should be accompanied with evidence of eligibility provided for in Article 4 of the Law on Public Procurement in the Republic of Montenegro, as well as with a bank guarantee for 2% of the bid value and the performance guarantee.
Bids may refer to one or more or all of the segments of the equipment required under this Invitation.
Bids may be submitted until July 31, 2003 at 12:00 (noon), by registered mail or in person, in sealed envelopes, with the indication “Do Not Open Before Formal Meeting of Bid Evaluation Commission”, to the following address:
Central Bank of Montenegro, Nemanjina Obala 7, Podgorica
The bid opening will be public and will take place on August 4, 2003 at 12:00 (noon), in the offices of the Central Bank of Montenegro.
Public bid opening may be attended by bidders’ authorized representatives.
Contract will be awarded to the most successful bidder.
After the selection of the most favorable bid, the bidders will be notified of the income of the public bidding.
Untimely bids will not be opened.
