INVITATION No. 009

TO BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY OF CLEANING EQUIPMENT

 

 

The subject of the bidding is the supply of cleaning equipment to clean the business premises of the investor.

 

A bid should include:

-          bidder’s exact name, address and data on experience and previous deliveries,

-          individual and total cost expressed in €,

-          terms and conditions of payment,

-          delivery period (free Investor’s premises),

-          bid validity period,

-          proof that the bidder is the distributor of the offered equipment (copy of the contract),

-          proof that there is authorized servicing facility,

-          warranty period,

-          leaflets with technical characteristics of the equipment,

-          bidder’s references,

-          evidence of eligibility provided for in Article 4 of the Law on Public Procurement in the Republic of Montenegro.

 

The evaluation criteria will be:

-          cost,

-          quality of equipment,

-          terms and conditions of payment,

-          delivery period,

-          warranty period and servicing.

 

The specification of the required equipment may be found at cb-cg.org or in the Room No. 6 of the Central Bank of Montenegro, Nemanjina Obala 7, Podgorica, during the invitation period, every working day from 11:00 to 14:00 hours.

 

Bids may be submitted until April 29, 2003 at 14:00 hours, in person to the Archives Section of the Central Bank of Montenegro, Nemanjina Obala 7, Podgorica, or by registered mail, in sealed envelopes, with the indication – Invitation No. 009 “Do Not Open Before Formal Meeting of Bid Evaluation Commission”, to the following address:

The bid opening will be public and will take place on May 5, 2003 at 12:00 (noon), in the offices of the Central Bank of Montenegro.

 

Public bid opening may be attended by bidders’ authorized representatives.

 

Contract will be awarded to the most successful bidder.

 

Untimely and incomplete bids will not be considered.
