INVITATION No. 007

TO BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY AND PLACEMENT

OF CURTAINS, DRAPES AND CURTAIN TRACKS

 

 

The subject of the bidding is the supply, placement and sewing of curtains and drapes, and supply and installation of curtain tracks in the orderer’s premises.

 

Interested bidders should include in their bids samples of curtains, drapes and curtain tracks.

 

 A bid should include:

-          bidder’s exact name, address and biographical data,

-          individual cost of material, sewing and placement expressed in €,

-          terms and conditions of payment,

-          time frame for sewing and placement,

-          bid validity period,

-          bidder’s references,

-          trademark, type, elements of materials and name of producer,

-          evidence of eligibility provided for in Article 4 of the Law on Public Procurement in the Republic of Montenegro.

 

The evaluation criteria will be:

-          cost of curtains, drapes and curtain tracks,

-          quality of material,

-          terms and conditions of payment,

-          delivery and placement period,

-          cost of sewing and installation.

 

Bids may be submitted until April 9, 2003 at 15:00 hours, in person to the Archives Section of the Central Bank of Montenegro, Nemanjina Obala 7, or by registered mail, in sealed envelopes, with the indication – Invitation No. 007 “Do Not Open Before Formal Meeting of Bid Evaluation Commission”, to the following address:

The bid opening will be public and will take place on April 11, 2003 at 12:00 (noon), in the offices of the Central Bank of Montenegro.

 

Public bid opening may be attended by bidders’ authorized representatives.

 

Contract will be awarded to the most successful bidder.

 

Untimely and incomplete bids will not be considered.
